At Supremacy Kitchen Equipment, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from our online store may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:

  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and seals must be intact

  • The item must not show signs of misuse, installation, or tampering

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Items that have been installed, altered, or used

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items sold as “Clearance,” “Discounted,” or “Final Sale”

  • Custom or special-order equipment


5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

Do not return any item without approval from Supremacy Kitchen Equipment.


6. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

  • If the return meets our policy conditions, it will be approved for exchange or refund.

  • If the item does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer.


7. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Delivery and logistics fees are non-refundable, except where the error is ours.


8. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or alternative product will be offered.


9. Delivery Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defect), Supremacy Kitchen Equipment will cover the return delivery cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer bears all delivery costs.


10. Bulk & Commercial Orders

  • Bulk and commercial orders are subject to special return terms.

  • Please review and confirm all specifications before placing bulk orders.

  • Returns for bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.


11. Installation & Warranty Issues

  • Products damaged after installation are not eligible for return.

  • Warranty claims should be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

  • Our team can assist with warranty claims where applicable.


12. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
